Shipping Information

• Customers are required to pickup their animal at a FedEx hub, no home deliveries. No exceptions.

• We ship on Monday through Wednesday for overnight delivery.

• After purchasing a bearded dragon, we will contact you by email with your FedEx hub pickup options, and date of shipment.

Shipping Terms of Service

• We guarantee the health of the animal for 7 days.

• We guarantee alive arrival of the animal with the following conditions:

• Customer is required to pick up the animal the same day it is delivered. If there are any shipping problems, the customer is required to notify us within 3 hours of when the animal is picked up. Any problems reported during shipping must include pictures as evidence.

• If animal is DOA, a picture is required at time of opening the box. Animal must be in the box as well to show proof of no life.

• Shipment will occur on the day that is discussed by both parties. If poor weather prevents shipment (determined by us) then a new shipping date will be discussed. If a new date cannot be agreed upon then we will refund 100% of the money that was paid.

Purchasing

If you decide to back out of the purchase before the reptile is shipped, we will refund your payment minus $100 dollars. $100 dollars is non-refundable.

• If we back out of the sell we will refund 100% of the payment (i.e. the reptile isn’t eating as well as we would like).

• If the customer decides within the 7 day guarantee period that they want to return the animal, it will be the CUSTOMERS responsibility to ship the animal back. A refund will not be issued until the animal is returned AND is in the same condition it was received in.

• If you’re eligible for a refund we will not refund more than the total purchase price of an animal.

• If in the future you can no longer take care of your reptile, please contact us to talk about further options.

• These are real pets, consideration goes into purchasing a new animal.
